Accelerating English language acquisition worldwide

We are delighted to announce FlashAcademy® have been accepted onto the London & Partners Grow London Global programme, supported by the Mayor of London and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The 12-month programme typically provides world-class support to London-based companies who want to unlock their global growth ambitions and grow internationally. For the first time, ten high-growth, innovative Birmingham tech firms have been invited to participate – and FlashAcademy® has been selected as one of these pioneering ten companies.

Who are Grow London Global?

Grow London Global is the successor to the Mayor’s International Business Programme, which has helped 1,300 London scaleups including Monzo, Brompton Bicycles, Mr & Mrs Smith and Bloom & Wild reach their global expansion goals. Learn more about the Mayor’s International Business Programme

The programme is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and supported by four lead delivery partners who are on hand to help achieve global success: Oury Clark, Microsoft, Taylor Wessing and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

What does this mean for FlashAcademy®?

Our mission is to unlock the potential of all learners held back by a language barrier. While it’s true we’ve already seen some early successes in international schools, we want to reach even more international students. We want to help them to accelerate their English skills with our award-winning learning and digital assessment platform. Through expert advice, workshops, events and international trade missions, the Grow London Global programme will help us achieve this mission by unlocking new business opportunities globally.

Veejay Lingiah, CEO, commented, “I’m thrilled that we’re now part of the Grow London Global programme. This opportunity reflects our commitment to growth while supporting our trajectory towards global market expansion. We’ve seen a brilliant early reaction from international schools to the FlashAcademy® platform, so we hope to use the programme to introduce FlashAcademy® to even more schools, empowering students across the globe to excel with their English language learning.”
