FlashAcademy®, a dynamic and rapidly growing EdTech company (www.flashacademy.com), is seeking a talented Customer Success Executive to join our Education Success Team. We partner with more than 1,200 schools across the UK and internationally, supporting language learning with a particular focus on English as an Additional Language (EAL). In this exciting role, you will collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional support to our schools, ensuring they have the best experience with FlashAcademy® and can maximise the impact on their pupils’ learning outcomes.

Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid, Maternity cover with potential to become permanent

What you’ll do:

  • Onboarding new schools: Guide and support new schools in effectively integrating FlashAcademy®, ensuring a smooth and successful start.
  • Build strong relationships: Establish and maintain trust with teachers, understand their needs and find solutions.
  • Internal collaboration: Serve as a liaison between schools and our internal teams (Product, Development, Design and Learning & Publishing), effectively communicating feedback to shape platform enhancements and future development.
  • CRM Management: Utilise our CRM (Salesforce) and accompanying platforms for administrative tasks related to onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals, ensuring efficient and accurate record-keeping.
  • Client retention and churn reduction: Proactively nurture client relationships, negotiate renewals and strive to minimize churn.
  • Opportunities to work with our Enterprise Success team, supporting International Schools, Local Authorities and Colleges.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technologically adept with a strong understanding of mobile applications, able to confidently showcase and guide others in their usage.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our company’s mission, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Some prior sales, customer success or account management experience is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
  • Prior education or EdTech experience is desirable but not essential.
